My charge 4 won't light up. The app shows it is charged and is counting steps, but I can't see that on the black screen. I've tried holding the side button 10 seconds, but nothing brings a response. Ideas?
Also, I just changed the clock face on the app. I could see a white line appear on the screen indicating the new click face was loading, but once complete the screen is still black.
Ok, it's working! I attached it to the charging cable, THEN pressed and held the side button (not easy whilst attached to charger). It soon started vibrating and the smile appeared, then screen appeared. Yay!
