App says “version incompatible, update app” but my app is updated

The app won’t synch with my Charge3. When I try the app says “this version is incompatible with your charge 3 update the app.” But the app was updated to version 3.14. There’s no update button available. Almost every week something breaks with the Fitbit, the app or the Fitbit. Shouldn’t Fitbit do more testing so we don’t have to look through the forums all the time?

Looks like it’s working now. Not sure why the problem this morning after opening/closing & restarting phone. After about 30 mins. It started working.
