I have charge 2, for almost 2 years it works great.

But now suddenly the app not showing heart rate zone. The graphic seems working, but not the zone.

I already updated the apps (ver 3.27), and turn off and on the phone (iPhone 8, iOS 13.5.1). Restart the Fitbit Charge 2 while charging.

still, apps not working.

Please fix this...

Let me help you with your heart rate not showing on your account and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back is. Also how do you record these activities (via the app, or via the tracker)?
