Just today after 10 am my Fitbit (Charge 2) stopped connecting to my iPhone. Of course I noticed this after my workout which I thought was recording for my phone app. None of my steps are transferring to the app. I've tried syncing numerous times (not found). I've tried turning Bluetooth off and on and connecting (can't find). Finally, I let it forget my Charge 2 in an attempt to start fresh. Now it can't even find my Charge 2 in new devices.

I was reading some other problems listed and found where someone was having problems with the heart rate monitor not recording to the app. I tried the soft reboot and WOW. It immediately reconnected with Bluetooth to my Charge 2 and when I pulled up the app all of my activity was recorded. I had never heard of the "soft reboot."

"Got it working! Did a soft reboot. Plugged into charger and held the button for 10 count. Not sure if that’s what Tony suggested but it’s now working.
thanks"
