Are Charge2 accessories still available in the Fitbit Store? I'm looking for a new non-black band, and don't see any there, despite emails saying Charge 2 bands are there, discounted for Fathers' Day.

I don't think Fitbit still carries Charge 2 bands but I suggest looking on Amazon.  They have a wide variety of third-party bands for most Fitbits at reasonable prices, though of course no Fitbit warranty.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
