Are the Charge 2 bands compatible and will they connect to the face of the Charge 3?

The battery on my Charge 2 died on me a few days ago and about a month ago I have purchased a few new bands for it because the original band was wearing out and kept falling off at one end. So now I am in the market for a new Fitbit and was thinking of getting the Charge 3, but I would like to know if the new replacement bands for the Charge 2 will fit the Charge 3 securely?

I'm sorry but no they will not. There is always something different in the bands and device that do not make them compatible with the other watches
