Are the Charge 4 green lights bad for you?

I wore my Fitbit for about a year straight, including while I slept because I liked to look at my sleeping patterns. I didn't give the green light any thought. I began to develop a black mole directly under where the light sits on my wrist. I stopped wearing it because I KNOW the fitbit caused it. I dont have moles like that anywhere else on my body and it cannot be coincidence it grew right under the light.

@Vic.p2112 is it the green light, or the red light, or the invisible to the eye infrared light?

In anycase, none are as strong as tye sunlight.
