I woke up not feeling well and looked at my fitbit and it asked "are you ok"? What does this mean?

@Eviescharge2 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Not sure in which context this happened but I would like to know if you can share a screenshot if this happens again? Also has this happened before?

I was taking a much needed nap recently. When I awoke, my Fitbit had a message asking ”are you okay?”  Is it heart rate?

I have a brand new Fitbit sense, I was sleeping last night after being up for 30 hours and in the middle of the night it woke me up buzzing my wrist asking if I was okay, now this did this three times last night I would also like to know what that means.
