Automatic turn on at wrist movement doesn't work

Hello

When I lift up my wrist my charge4 doesn't turn on anymore.

Even when manually press the watch it doesn't work well anymore. It doesn't trill neither. I tried to reboot my watch but nothing happens.

I buy it less than a year ago, September 2021.

I had the same issue in the past with my charge 3 but wasn't under guarantee anymore, I received in the place a reduction for a new product. Therfore I bought the charge4.

Hopefully someone can help with the issue.

Best Regards

First thought is that either you have Screen Wake turned off, or you are in Sleep Mode.  You can get to both in Quick Settings; on Charge 4, I think that is by pressing side button a few seconds.

But I don't understand the manual press not "working well anymore". Does that mean it works occasionally, always works but poorly?

"It doesn't trill neither."  Do you mean vibrate? ever or when press button?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hello

- For the first issue (automatic turned on with wrist movement) : it is fixed. I checked the settings and indeed it was turned off. But I do not understand how it comes as I didn't turned it off.

- For the second issue (turn on the watch manually) : it works now since The first issue is fixed.

- for the 3rd issue ( vibrate) : with trill I indeed mean vibrate. There is no vibration at all anymore. The settings are set to vibration normal. But even if I set to strong it doesn't work anymore. It doesn't work neither when I press manually on the watch as it normally does.

Thanks

Coralie

Push the button on the side of the Charge 4 to get to Settings (as distinguished from Quick Settings, which you can get to by simply swiping).  Swipe left, then swipe up to see Screen Wake, then tap that.

Hi

Thank you but I do not have the settings screen Wake.

I only have the settings sleep mode which is set to "off" and the screen time out which is set on default.

It still does not work
