Hi,
The GPS on my Fitbit Charge 4 has stopped working and I first reported this one month ago. Since then, I have called Fitbit customer service a further 3 times and have not been given a single update on the problem. I am continually informed that 'engineers are working on the problem' but given no further information. I have asked for a time scale of when I can expect the problem to be resolved and have been told they cannot give a time scale. I have also asked for a replacement Fitbit to be sent to me and I have been denied this.
The customer service I have received has been appalling and I will not be purchasing another Fitbit product in the future. Can you please advise me when this problem will be resolved.
Thanks

It's a known issue and has been for years. There's not going to be a fix.
If you keep going, you should have the option of a replacement Charge 4, or a discount on a different device.

Were you able to get a replacement Charge 4? I've asked for this already and been told it's not an option.

Eventually, yes - but it took a lot of chasing, and I was told that the replacement could have the same unresolvable issue.
It's a long-standing known issue; so all the troubleshooting steps you'll be asked to achieve won't achieve anything, as the device is basically flawed from the outset.
There is an earlier query from here - with confirmation it's a known issue.
