Badges and trophies

I am no longer receiving badges and trophies. Is there a way of remedying this?

I contacted customer care no remedy. Some of my friends are getting all their badges and trophies,  why are mine not updating? It should be a simple fix

Fitbit don’t care. They are aware of the issue but take years to fix it. Makes devices pointless

I am also not getting any badges. I am crushing my step goals and going beyond. No one on Fitbit customer service cares about the issue the users are facing. No one gives any updates on the issue or how to fix

issue is still not resolved in spite of raising it multiple times ☹️

I did get one of the new minion badges for 12,000 steps the other day but am not get any of the others. Used to like the life time miles updates particularly. Would be nice if someone from Fitbit reacted to these posts
