Once again, the watch and connector on my Fitbit Charge 4 has broken and there seems to be no remedy. I’ve had Fitbits for several years now, but customer service just gets worse and worse. I try to do live chat and have typed my message twice and submitted, but it doesn’t submit. I’ve started looking at other brands, because this such poor customer service - expecting us to replace it every time something goes wrong (especially when it seems to be a product defect!)

We're you in the 12 month warranty period? For those of us who broke at 13 months, customer service was useless. They expect to buy a new one.

I found the Fitbit customer care to be great! My band broke too about a month ago. I did a live chat on the Fitbit website and within minutes and no questions asked, my brand new fitbit were on the way. Within less than a week I got my fitbit and it didnt cost me anything!
