This is the second time this has happened on my charge 4. Is it possible to get it replaced?

@Kim0701 there is info here about some options for dealing with a broken band.
I think you are saying that the plastic connector broke and not the band itself. If that's the case, there are bands that are designed to encapsulate the Fitbit so that connector isn't needed. Here is an example from Amazon. There are other styles available, if you don't like that one. Be sure to read the reviews on any third-party band to be sure that it is compatible with your device. The descriptions that the vendors use are not always accurate.
