The parts that connect a band to the fitbit have broken off. Is this repairable or must I purchase a new fitbit?

Hi @Lori222 it can't be repaired. If the Charge 4 still works, you can purchase from Amazon a "protective cover band for Charge 4" and it will hold the pebble portion. Many others have done this and the cost is around $20 or less, depending on which band you choose.

My charge for behind the connector broke this week. I had remembered the comment that was made in the community that one could put the charge for inside their sock and continue to use it and get good results and so far I have found that to be true. Amazon also sells a ankle strap that the charge for and other charge trackers can’t be placed in for those who do not wish to wear the Fitbit on their wrist or prefer the numbers they receive using the ankle strap. I hope you will find this helpful and that you will keep working and keep healthy . I am a blind user, and I have dictated this on my iPhone. I hope you will not have any difficulty interpreting the message.

I looked into these protective covers (and thanks for giving the exact search words) but as best I can tell they require removing the pebble from the band in order perform charging.
Thanks for responding.

@Lori222 that's the only downside I've seen mentioned, but at least you can still use the Charge 4 and not have to buy a new device.
