My charge 2 has started falling off my wrist. I bought it in January 2017. The band disconnects from the face on the side. I've nearly lost it several times now. Solution please.WP_20170302_22_50_14_Pro[1].jpgWP_20170302_22_59_28_Pro[1].jpg

@Vettie10, from the pictures it does not look like the catch is broken, but may have not been completely latched. When you seat the end of the band on the tracker, does the spring loaded latch pop all the way up and tight against the tracker's post?  If you can't get it to properly seat, you should probably contact Fitbit Support to see if they can help resolve this issue.

Thank you. I decided to order a new wristband on line - it arrived today
and does the job perfectly!

@Vettie10 It's nice to have you on board! Glad to hear that your new wristband is working as intended. On your old one you could use a small screw driver to make it more secure. If you are still having issues with it I suggest you do contact our Support Team since this is the original wristband and shouldn't give you any issues like @USAF-Larry said.

Let me know how it goes!

So my fit bit band broke as well.  One month past the warranty.  Although it is a known problem, Fit Bit refused to send me a new band.  They wanted me to pay $19.99 even though I could be one on line for $5.99.  This is my third fit bit and everyone has broken.  I told them they could stand by there product or it was my last fit bit.  They said too bad.

I've had the same problem three times....Fitbit replaced the band once and this time with both sides detaching, they tell me that it's out of warranty after keeping me on the phone for 15 minutes.  I think it's a way for them to sell more trackers … create faulty bands so the tracker falls off and is lost.  Not impressed with Fitbit...and don't get me going on the Aria scale and the antiquated technology there!
