Hey fitbit,
I purchased my Fitbit Charge 2 a year ago (Order #: D5TDFCFCB) and the band started coming off easily over the last two months. Now it won't stay on at all. How do I fix it or does it have to be returned?

The same thing happened to me. The rubber part detached from the metal part. Fitbit sent me a whole new strap free. Now my strap is broken again - this time the metal in the band detaches eaisly from the metal in the device. I'm going to try customer support again. It seems like a poor design.

Good luck - I've had my Fitbit charge 2 since February 2017 and my 4th band has just broken. Worst design ever, the rubber snaps from inside where it connects to the Fitbit and once that happens it won't hold on for long.

Likewise. I'm on my 4th strap, and it's started to come loose frequently on both sides, just like all the others did, after only a few months. Based on my experience, that's all they last.

so true - it is tiresome and poor value because of poor design.

I actually thought I was the only one that had this issue.
