I have a Fitbit charge three that is about 6 months old, it has worked perfectly up until two days ago. Whilst I was trying to get to sleep my Fitbit kept vibrating and lighting up everytime I moved my wrist, my screen wake is off, sometimes it would go into the settings that come up when you hold the button in, I would try to get out of it but the button is stuck and won’t work for a minutes. My Fitbit band is not too tight. This happens during the day too. My battery also used to last me 3/4 day’s until it randomly started going flat in under a day.
