Dear Team,
I've been an active member for almost a year.
Today, I'm unable to charge my Charge 3, the device is not charging (tried multiple power sources too); at 1% the main screen works but when connected the device to a power source - the battery charging logo flickers.
It is the first time I've encountered such issue. So far, I've tried to restart and reset the device too.
Looking forward to your assistance.
Please let me know if you guys want a video of the same.

On the mobile app the battery status is EMPTY.

Contacted support via chat. Since, my Fitbit is still under warranty, a new replacement is sent out. Impressed with the service.
