All of a sudden last week my Charge 2 started going through numerous reset cycles, and I noticed that the green heart-rate monitor sensor was blazing constantly. I've plugged in for a full recharge numerous times and even after reaching 100% the battery will drain to 0 within less than 2 hours. Has anyone experienced this type of issue? Any way to rescue this device? Appreciate any advice!

Thanks very much for your advice. I spoke to support who offered to replace my Fitbit Charge 2 with a new one, or I could purchase an upgraded model for 50% off. I am now happy as will have a fitbit tomorrow!

Exactly. I thought their customer service was excellent. And to be honest I think 2 years at that price point is also reasonable. They were very happy to replace mine at 15 months. My dad’s Fitbit charge 2 is more than 2 years old and going strong!
