I just got a replacement for my Charge 3 a couple of weeks ago because the screen was corrupted on my old one. Last night I went to bed with a 70% battery. I woke up to at 3:30Am to get some water and then it was dead. I charged and put it on again at 7am at 100%. Then right now, around 8pm, when I wanted to check how many steps I was missing, it is completely drained again.
Is my replacement Fitbit faulty???
Thanks.

Exactly the same situation here.
I got a replacement due to a corrupted screen back in October.
The battery draining just started this week. I've turned off all the notifications, dimmed the screen and tried rebooting it to no avail.

It has just happened again today. Charged it last night and now it is completely dead.

My battery is also draining faster than usual, and mine is also a replacement due to the corrupt screen. Though my replacement is a bit older (almost a year now, back in March 2019). So, if this thing takes a crap, I’m s.o.l. and they’ll just say “whoops, sorry. You can buy a new one if you want.” 🙄

I'm having the same issue - went from 100% to 90% in the space of a few minutes this morning.
Tried a hard reset and somehow made it worse - now the screen has three horizontal black lines, and vertical white patterning.
Have lodged a ticket with customer support 😞
