Battery icon is the only thing that appears on the display

My fitbit screen stays on in battery mode and will not charge.

Hello @Patsann1, it is great to see new members aboard! Let me ask you this, is your Charge 2 showing the empty or the full battery icon? If it is stuck with the full battery icon, maybe it just needs a restart, so please follow the instructions in this post. 

Now, if your Charge 2 only shows the empty battery icon, and won't charge, please take a look at the information in this help article: Why isn't my battery charging?
