Hi
Over the last week the battery life on my Charge 3 has diminished considerably. I used to only charge my fitbit once a week but for the last few days it needs charging everyday. I did a total reboot yesterday as it showed the wrong time and wouldn't sync. Any ideas. I have turned off the all day sync but this has never caused a problem in the past. Thanks

Also See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

Thanks for the reply. The charge 3 is charging fine and the contacts are clean. I have switched everything off to stop anything draining the power but to no avail. After charging it late morning yesterday it died overnight and after charging this morning the exclamation mark appeared by 5.30pm and is now showing 8% battery left. It is very disappointing when my original charge is still going as my son wears it.
