Hi, How long do you recommend that the Charge 2 battery last, I bought my fitbit for 1 ½ year and it worked just fine, but now I have to charge it more offen than before. Is it time to buy a new one? As I understand you can´t replace the battery, is that right?

Hello @annswedenhbg, welcome to the Community Forums!

 

Let me share with you that the battery of our Charge 2 was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use its features. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much. After doing so, please this help article for more tips and recommendations.

 

Such article includes as restart process that will refresh your device performance. Just as you stated in your post, it's not possible to replace the battery of your device.
