Battery life not lasting

I have cleaned my charge 2, tried different ports, chords and a re-star. How do I contact Fitbit to see about a replacement please? Thanks Chazza

My Charge 2 (after charging) lasts less than a min b4 it goes dead. How can u tell if it’s related to the battery. Can I get a new battery? I contacted FB via phone and wasn’t even told what was wrong, just sent a link for 25% off. Already invested in separate charger cable, wristbands. If I’m forced to get a new one, might as well get an Apple Watch then...
