My Charge2 has battery issues. The two little green lights that go against the wrist are lit up like a flood light, literally. This in turn drains the battery . It all started yesterday after working fine for about 1 and a half years. Any answers?

Hi @KEV1NT, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. Let me share with you that the battery of our Charge 2 was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations. This article includes as restart process that will refresh the device's performance.
Keep me posted, I’ll be right here if you need anything else.

My Fitbit is back to somewhat normal. The article you referenced didn't specify how to restart my fitbit. At least not in those words. I let mine run entirely down, till it shut off. Then I charged it fully. It seems to work okay at the moment. Thanks.

Similar experience for me, but very unpredictable. Sometimes the battery is charged for 2 hours and sometimes it holds up to 24 hours. Before the beginning of this week I never charges the battery more than about one time each week.
