Hi. My battery started giving problems. Doesn’t last for long. Now the heart rate is not working. I’ve reset the device numerous times now and still no luck. I’ve had this for 14 months only. What else can be done?
Mines started doing the same with battery. Like yours it's about 15 months old. I used to charge it weekly but for the last few weeks it's been every couple of days so will watch replies with interest.
Good luck hoping for Fitbit to respond. Check out similar concerns on these forums which usually only get advice to clean the charge points. There is clearly a problem with the battery life of Charge 2 that Fitbit refuse to acknowledge.
