I've been having major issues with my Charge 3. It's only 6 months old and the piece that helps with stair count is toast (says I've been getting 200+ flights everyday when I sit at a desk all day), and now my battery won't hold a charge! I've reset the device multiple times, have deleted it from my phone and re-synced It, have deleted all data from it, and still won't work properly!
I have a samaung galaxy phone. I have contacted customer support about the stairs and was told I'm out of luck. But now that the battery won't change and it's only 6 months old is extremely disappointing!

I’m having the same issue with my battery. I’ve only had it for a month in a half. Customer care wasn’t helpful either
