Battery short life

My Charge 2 stopped working and the battery showed it was dead.  I charged it overnight and it was dead before 2pm that very day.  I am unsure of what to do.\

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @mommyg. I apologize for the delayed response and will be happy to assist you with your Charge 2 inquiry. Thank you for letting us know that you charged it overnight and it was dead before 2 pm that day.

 

In order to get more battery life, I recommend following the advise from help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
