I have had issues with the heart rate sensor on my Charge 2. I restarted the device multiple times, and it still isn't working. Everything else works fine, except for the fact that the battery seems to be draining faster than usual lately. The green lights seem to be lighting up on the sensor. I have had it for roughly 2 years, and have had no issues until now. The strap is definitely tight enough, and it was working perfectly fine until the last few days. Any idea what the issue is?

Hi @psolo33 welcome to the Community Forums, it's a pleasure to assist you with your battery concern.
First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. Our Charge 2 battery was designed to last up to 5 days but the battery life also depends on how frequently you use all of its features. That said, I recommend you to charge your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much. You can check this help article for more tips and recommendations as well.
Keep me posted, I'll be waiting for your reply if you require further assistance.
