Battery sign on charge 2 screen instead of clock face

When I take my charge 2 off of the charging port the battery image stays on the screen.  I can’t reset it to get to the normal screen.  This has happened twice in the past 3 weeks.  It isn’t even a year old yet.

Normally the battery icon should disappear in a few seconds and the screen should go dark.

Have you tried a restart yet?

How do I restart my Fitbit device?
