I charged my Fitbit charge 3 the other day. When it was done, I took it off the charger. I tapped on the screen and noticed it now has a white/gray battery outline as if it was charging. Is there a way to get rid of this?

Hi @CLRuizTink, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. If you haven't already done so, I suggest you to restart your Charge 2 following the steps that are specified on: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. If the issue persists, to further assist you, please send me a picture of what's shown on your Charge 2 and after your reply we will move forward.

Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Good morning! I tried what you said regarding rebooting my device. While doing so, I had a hard time operating the screen. It was difficult to swipe to switch different screens and the display didn't want to stay on. Here is a pic of what my screen looks like after I had charged it when this first happened. It looks the same today.
