I have only wonderful things to say about the new firmware update, but just now, I see something I haven't seen before on my tracker.  A big battery with a circle and an exclamation point in the middle.  My battery is at 18%.  I usually let it go down to 10% or so and then charge it.  

 

Is this the tracker telling me to recharge my battery or is something wrong?

I do expect them to contact you with the ticket I created so I wanted to check if this was the case? At this point you should have received at least one contact from them so please do let me know.
