Battery won't charge beyond 85%

I am facing a peculiar issue with my charge 2.

 

For 2 weeks it wont charge beyond 85%. When plugged in it is 85% and when I remove still 85% and whenever I check it is still 85%.

 

Last 2 days it has come down to 80%...

 

Anyone else facing this issue..

Thanks for stopping by @Krishnan1974! This is weird my friend... I'd recommend following the steps and tips I've shared in this post to see if your battery gets charged properly.

Thanks for the reply. have done so but no change..it is static now at 80% for last few days...

Fitbit team  has replaced my charge 2 tracker.

 

This issue is now resolved.

I have been having this exact issue for about a week now. My battery won’t charge past 85%. And when I plug it in it reads 85%. But I still get low battery alerts

I have exactly the same problem. The battery is also only lasting 2 days.

I am having this issue as well.  Starting Sunday, it only charged to 90%.  Today it only goes to 85%.  I cleaned the contacts and reset the device.  Do I need to have it replaced?

I am only getting one day of use before I need to recharge

 I have turned off everything that would use battery and its still a problem.

 

I  need to contact a support person as this is only 8 months old.

I am also having issues with my Fitbit Charge 2 not charging beyond 85% no matter how long I leave it on a charger.  Today, it went down to 15%, plugged it in for 2 hours and went to 85%, left it on another 2 hours and never went above the 85%.  This has been happening for at least the last couple of months.

What should I do?

Contact fitbit support and they will help test battery and replace if there is problem and its still under warranty .

Please contact the customer support....When I had this problem, I reached out to them after doing all possible things available in FAQs and response received....Then I reached out to customer support, and they got my tracker replaced...
