This is my second fitbit and its 2 1/2 yrs ild. This week it started acting up. Battery wont hold a charge. Cycles through the different settings all by itself. Won’t track heart rate. Etc. really weird. Anyone else have these issues?

@JudieFL, It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not working as it should. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device. And you can see this article for battery life tips.
