I started having issues with my Fitbit Charge 2 in May 2019, it won't stay charged! It used to last about 5 days between charging but now I have to charge it every other day, not sure why. It was a gift for my birthday last June, it shouldn't be messing up with it only being a year old! Please help

Hello @Amylynng78  a warm welcome to our Community! I’ll be happy to give you a hand with the battery behavior of your Charge 2..

 

Let me share with you that our Fitbit Charge 2 was designed to last 5 days but the battery life also depends on how frequently you use its features. That said, I'll recommend charging your Fitbit with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall, turn off all the features that you don’t use that much and check this help article for more tips and recommendations.
