Hi - for the last week, my Charge 4 has been showing large percentages of below zone!  I'm not doing anything differently, and am still raising my heart rate while walking??  Anybody else had similar? or have an explanation?  Thanks

So if I read it correctly, your target heart rate for each zone is based on your age and your resting heart rate. So as you become better you will have to work harder for each zone. I noticed my zones changed when my resting heart rate went below 54.

I recently changed to the versa 3 from the ionic and have become increasingly frustrated at the below zone figures. I work my butt off during every class and come out feeling "lazy" because of these readings!! Fitbit really need to explain it in layman terms before they lose a lot of customers. It's so annoying and demotivating !!!

Same! Ugh! Im on a 7.3 mile bike ride mostly uphill, sweating my butt off, heart pumping and its saying below zones for 67% of my bike ride! I guess I know I’m working really hard??? It is nice to see confirmation now rely on your body telling you you’re worn out .
