I got a Charge 4 instead of a Charge 5 in the fall because I really wanted it to count my flights of stairs. My Charge 2 was pretty good for this. Perhaps under-counting sometimes. But that was ok. My Charge 4 has been doing well until recently. Not sure if going on a flight recently messed up the calibration somehow, but it's counting too many stairs now. I only noticed because on Saturday I did 100 flights in a day. I was happy with a new badge. I knew I was doing lots of stairs, but maybe closer to 50. The next day I paid closer attention, and could confirm it's over-counting stairs now. If I reset it, or wipe is clear after syncing my data, is there anything else I may be losing in the data wipe? Or will that likely not solve the issue, and it's likely something else?
