I rode my bike to the gym and Fitbit recorded the activity correctly. Ride back not recorded at all? Why wasn’t the second ride of the day recorded by my Fitbit?

@SunsetRunner It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your activity detection. Did you stop at any time during your way back (maybe due to a traffic light, more people/cars on the way back)? This could explain why the ride back wasn't detected. You can try restarting your device by following these instructions and you can read more about auto-detection here.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi again. Updated both myself and spouse to Charge3. Both use iPhone 6S. He consistently records more steps and distance for the same walk. Today we did the same 20 mile bike ride. I had same issue as before with only part of ride recorded. I’m beginning to wonder if my left arm is defective.
