Bike ride not recording properly

I’ve seen similar problems but no actual solutions for them. For my last 3 or 4 bike rides, my Fitbit only records part of the ride. If I ride for 1 hour, it will say I rode for 30 minutes, or it will say I had two rides at 20 minutes each. GPS is enabled through the app. I have been riding my bike several times per week all summer with the rides recorded perfectly, it is only the last 2 weeks that it has been cutting my rides short, and I have not done anything differently.

@Sunflowerz2012 It's great to see you in the Community! 

Let me help you with recording your bike activities on your Charge 2. How are you recording these activities (via the app or actually starting it on your tracker or using auto detection)? Try restarting your tracker. On your app log out from it, restart your phone and log back in.
