I have the same issue and have already restarted, didn't fix anything. Can't reach support team as they're too busy or something. Can you help me get this corrected? Thanks!

Let me help you with your unresponsive Charge 3 screen and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persists I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.

 

I also moved your post from the previous thread as it was several months old one.
