I have a Fitbit charge 3 and I am starting to see black lines across my screen. Everyday there are more and more lines that appear and the screen is starting to disappear. I have tried resetting it and changing the clock face several times but nothing seems to be working. Is there anything you can do to help me?

This is affecting mine as well.
I had mine replaced earlier for a different failure.
If it is less than one year since you purchased it, you may be eligible for a replacement.
I handled my replacement through the CHAT support

Same here Ironic timing with the prelaunch of the new Charge 4. Not thrilled
