Black Lines on my Charge 3 screen

I have three friends that have the FitBit charge 3 and we all have screen issues. I have about 10 lines across mine now and it isn't quite a year old yet!! I have been dismayed at the lack of customer support for your customers who do not live in America. I have tried all the 'fixes' and resets that have been suggested on your various forums. I have changed the clock face and nothing is fixing it. 

Two of my friends have now transferred to another provider and one has upgraded to the Charge 4. The charge 3 is my third FitBit and I would love to upgrade to the Charge4 but I am concerned at the fact that the issue I have seems to be a known fault with the Charge 3 and am scared that the fault will be repeated in the Charge 4.

Please help me.

Hi Angela - very similar thing has happened to my Charge 3 - and it seems to be a common problem. Maybe a hardware issue? Be nice if FitBit support could get in touch and fix this common issue

This has happened to me too. I’ve followed all the recommendations, changed the clock face, switched on and off but nothing has worked. I’ve now changed the clock face to something that is slightly easier to read - at the moment. Not good as I’ve only had my Charge 3 for a year. Even in today’s throw away society this product should last longer than this. I can’t afford to either get another Charge 3 or to upgrade to a Charge 4.

Hi Peter It would be nice if Fitbit actually had a customer service department for their customers to deal with. It is alarming the massive number of people that are having the same issues. I wonder if they have thought of a product recall?
