My fitbit charge 3 is too dim to make the device useable, I have tried contacting customer support both by phone and by chat. Support on the phone escalated my issue and I was informed that a certain percentage of their devices have this issue. Unfortunately for me the issue surfaced after the warranty lapsed, so I have no options but to toss the fitbit and money spent out the window.
