Hi all. I've got black lines running across my fitbit screen and they are getting worse. I've tried resetting it and that hasn't worked. Seems like they only last around a year and then the screen goes. Highly frustrating. Any ideas please??

I had a pixie dust blotched screen on Sunday, and then it went to a black screen with nothing. I still haven't gotten anywhere, tried some of the suggestion others said, and nothing helped. My screen is completely Black, but if I touch the side button it vibrates. This is crazy, and it is also frustrating me a great deal. We all need help, and I wish someone could give us the help that will clear this situation up soon.

Message FitbitSupport on Twitter. Much more helpful. I had the same issue, sent a photo and got a replacement within a week.
