Hello, I'm having a similar issue with my Charge 3 as many others seem to be having. Black horizontal lines are appearing across the display screen, like the pixels are no longer displaying. I've tried the long reset and changing the clock face, but it's still the same. Any help available?

I am also seeing horizontal black lines on my charge 3. It started with about 3....I reset the charge 3...no change. I also tried changing the clock....no luck. I have about 7 black lines now. 

Any suggestions?
