I've got two black lines across the screen. It's really frustrating. Please can something be sorted as this seems to be a reoccurring problem for lots of people.

Hi @Juliasheppard, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the the screen of your Charge 3 has two black lines. I totally understand how you feel about this.
