I bought my Charge 3 from John Lewis in September 2019. They have advised me to contact you.
Black lines started to appear across the display about 6 weeks ago which have steadily got worse to a point where I can no longer read emails, texts etc, read the time or see any information when it is recording my runs.
I have tried changing the clock face, doing a little restart, doing a long restart, rebooting and even unpairing it and pairing it back again. Nothing has worked. Please help.

I rang the 0800 number and got straight through! A replacement is on its way!! Marvellous!
