Black lines across screen on Charge 3

A couple weeks ago a black line appeared across the center of my screen, I thought it was just a glitch and would fix with the next update. Now some more lines have appeared at the top. Have tried resetting and restarting both my Fitbit and my phone (in case it was a syncing issue for some reason) nothing has gotten rid of this. I had bougth my Fitbit from Amazon.ca, so I am unsure what to do for returns or customer service. Thank you.

Hi! I have the same problem since yesterday. I tried the same steps (restart, reset) but nothing changed. I'm really worried because it was a gift from my aunt and I don't live in the United States. Please help 😞

Hi! 

I have my Charge 3 since last November and I noticed a few days ago that a black line appears on the top middle of the screen. I swapped clockface so the watch can refresh itself, I restarted multiple times, but it doesn't want to disappear. I took a picture of the screen in case it is needed. Have you got any suggestion?

I have heard that if you contact Fitbit directly they will replace it

I also have the same problem... one line two line and now more ... I have reset multiple times but I seem to get more lines 

what can I do ??

Hi,

If you start a new thread, someone from support will respond to your message and help try & resolve with you. I had also tried all suggestions, none of which worked. They sent me a new one out very quickly.

Hello,

I bought my Fitbit Charge 3 in January, love it but I am having major problem with the display. About 1 month ago I noticed a line across the screen (I use the HR Stat clock face) going through the clock part of the display on my watch. The screen developed more black lines and eventually I couldn't see any of the pixels for the HR Stat Clock and when I swiped the screen I could see the black imprint of the heart shape and so on from the HR stat clock face (as if they were burned into the screen and blocking the pixels). Now the screen seems to have stopped working completely. I have been looking through the boards here and I have gone through the restart process as suggested (a few times!) but the problem is still there. Is there anything else that can be tried? Thanks

Hi

You will need to contact FitBit directly implicate afraid. They should give you a replacement watch.

Ok. Previously I got the white line...it went away on its own. And now I have this black line near the top. I am now worried now more black lines will come out. Sigh
