After the last update I started getting black lines at the top of the display (missing pixels). Also, it is not giving detailed sleep info/score. I have tried all the suggestions - restart, long restart, changing clock face. Help! At the rate I'm losing pixels the screen will be totally black in a week!

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Charge 3 started getting black lines on the display and that is not giving you the sleep score. Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue before contacting us.
