The last week or so black lines started appearing on the screen and then increased to a few and then yesterday the screen went black and although it still vibrates it won't reset and cannot see anything on the screen. It apparently syncs to my phone but haven't been wearing it so only thing that has synced is that the battery is full.
Have only had the Fitbit since Christmas so a few months and was wondering if you could give a solution to this problem.

Mine started a couple of weeks ago. Totally black now. It vibrate and sync but nothing on the screen. Tried restart but still nothing

The exact same thing happened to me ... Black lines a few days ago now a completely black screen.... And I've had this device only a few months....

Same here, im at the stage of two lines of dead pixels at the top of the screen and its dimmer than usual.
